Annual Yoga and Hiking Weekend, September 14-16TH, 2018- sold out!!!

 

Enjoy the foliage in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire for a weekend filled with stunning hikes, relaxing yoga, delicious food and amazing people. This is the perfect weekend to get out into nature and unwind. Come alone or bring your partner or a group of friends. Everyone will find a home here. Sample itinerary:

Friday night: 

5pm Meet and Greet, review weekend schedule

6pm Dinner with group

7pm Access to LL Bean gear room if needing any gear

 

Saturday:

6:30-8:30am Breakfast

9am-12pm- hike, lunch on trail

2-4pm afternoon yoga

5-6 Happy hour,  hors d'oeuvres

6-7:30pm Dinner

7:30pm evening program (optional)

 

Sunday:

7-8am Yoga

8-9am Breakfast and pack up

9-9:30 Fill out Evaluations

10-12 Hike

All-levels:

This class is suitable for anyone looking to build strength, improve flexibility, balance and awareness. This class will include breathing exercises, seated, standing, supine and prone poses. This class is ideal for new or seasoned yogis that are looking for a slow to moderate paced class.

 

Gentle:

This class is perfect for those looking for a more relaxed, slower paced class focusing on breath, stretching and awareness. This class will include breathing exercises, seated, standing, supine and prone poses. This class is ideal for anyone that is brand new to yoga, has any injuries or needs to modify in any way.

 

 

INtroduction to Essential Oils Class

September 12th, 2018 at 6:30PM at the North Kingstown Free Library

This class is free and open to anyone wanting to learn how to use essential oils for improved immunity, decrease stress, increase productivity, making your own non-toxic cleaners and the myriad of other uses.

 

Using Essential Oils for Stress Reduction

December 6th at 6:30PM at the North Kingstown Free Library

Join us during the holiday season to learn how to use essential oils to help manage stress, improve sleep and reduce tension*. This is a free class open to the public.
