Ready to have a day focused solely on YOU? Want to learn how to ditch the guilt and get some new tools to take better care of yourself? If so, you won't want to miss this event. Join us Saturday, June 8th from 9:00am-4:30pm at my home and private beach in North Kingstown (address will be given to attendees after registration). This event is intended to be intimate to ensure everyone gets support and we create a super safe space which is why I am limiting this event to 6 amazing ladies only!

What's included?

~An all-levels yoga class on the beach (weather permitting) accompanied with essential oils and reiki.

~All Things Self-Care- You'll use my self care assessment to see what areas in your life need a little TLC and use it as a tool to help you create your very own customizable self care plan. Explore why you haven't been successful in the past, what's getting in the way, tips for being successful moving forward and more....This will be an interactive talk. 

~How to Tame Your Mind and Create What You Really Want: We'll be talking all about your thoughts and your mindset and how it gets in the way of just about every aspect of your life, how it keeps you stagnant and from doing what you really want and how it plays into your fear which holds you back even more. You'll leave with some new tools to help you practice staying positive and to calm yourself when feeling overwhelmed and totally stressed out. This will be an interactive talk.

~Restorative Yoga with Meditation and Breathing Exercises 101: We'll practiec a few gentle yoga poses to prepare you as you learn the tools to practice Meditation and Pranayama at home with confidence.

~Organic lunch 

Sample itinerary: (subject to change)

9:00am- Arrival, meet and greet

9:30am- Yoga on the beach (weather permitting)

11:00am- All Things Self Care

12:45pm- Lunch and open time, walk the beach, journal, chat with attendees

2pm-How to Tame Your Mind and Create What You Really Want

3:30- Restorative Yoga with Meditation and Breathing Exercises (Pranayama)

4:30 wrap-up

This retreat is for any woman, business owner or not, that is looking to take a day away from daily life to focus on YOU!  To learn new tools to support you in the craziness of life, connect with other women that can relate to your struggles and to reconnect to yourself, your energy and what's missing in your life.

All-levels (Tuesday evening):

This class is suitable for anyone looking to build strength, improve flexibility, balance and awareness. This class will include breathing exercises, seated, standing, supine and prone poses. This class is ideal for new or seasoned yogis that are looking for a slow to moderate paced class.


Gentle (Friday morning):

This class is perfect for those looking for a more relaxed, slower paced class focusing on breath, stretching and awareness. This class will include breathing exercises, seated, standing, supine and prone poses. This class is ideal for anyone that is brand new to yoga, has any injuries or needs to modify in any way.
