Self-care is all about mindset: believing that you are worthy, that you are strong, and that you have permission to pursue a life of happiness, health, and success.

During our self-care & mindset coaching calls, we will:

  • Explore who you really are—your values, your desires, and your fears.

  • Identify thought patterns and limiting beliefs that lead to feelings of self-doubt and unworthiness that are keeping you stuck.

  • Create a step-by-step plan to help you reach your professional and personal goals—to go from a life of barely surviving to thriving.

  What is the coaching process?

When we work together, you will receive:

  • Calls tailored to you. Each call is focused on your individual needs. You are in control of the call and guide our focus, whether we discuss self-care, mindset, career, nutrition, self-love, weight loss, family dynamics, relationships, and more... it’s up to you!

  • Weekly personal work. There is no one-size-fits-all blueprint to a better life that I offer you. Each week, we’ll identify customized personal work to help you reach your goals. We’ll then discuss your progress in our next session.

  • Access to all my resources as they become available.

  • Ability to email me your questions in between our sessions.

  • You’ll be in my circle where I make referrals and create connections when possible.

What can you expect from me?

  • I will show up for our calls on time and give you my complete attention.

  • I will be your biggest supporter as you commit to making changes that better your life.

  • I will affirm how amazing you are, even when you can’t see it yourself.
