I have been practicing yoga for more than 15 years. I often joke that yoga is my therapy because it makes me feel more calm and grounded, both on and off the mat. As a result, my yoga practice has become a way of feeling more connected to myself and has lead to something much deeper than just working out.
And I want you to feel that way, too!
My classes offer a balance of meditation in motion, Vinyasa set to music, and turning inward to practice from a genuine place. I incorporate essential oils and Reiki at the end of my classes, leaving you feeling calm and refreshed.
Whether you are trying yoga for the first time or have been practicing for many years, all levels will find a home in my class!
